UnameIT, the Dutch provider of automotive software solutions backed by Main Capital Partners, has announced its acquisition of Auto IT. Headquartered in Taastrup, Denmark, Auto IT is a trusted software provider for Danish car dealerships, importers and other automotive retail stakeholders.
Gorrissen Federspiel have assisted UnameIT and Main Capital Partners in connection with the transaction led by a team comprising Mikael Philip Schmidt, Rasmus Høj Christensen, Esben Gjetrang and Emma Kragh.
