Gorrissen Federspiel has advised Scandlines on a retail concession to Gebr. Heinemann of the BorderShops in Puttgarden and Rostock, Germany, and the Travel Shops on board the six ferries operated between Denmark and Germany.
The concession intends to further strengthen the shopping and travel experience of customers and passengers and marks a major milestone in Scandlines’ history.
Completion of the transaction is pending customary regulatory approvals.
