Gorrissen Federspiel has advised a buyer consortium consisting of local businesspeople from Aarhus in connection with the acquisition of Tivoli Friheden A/S.
Tivoli Friheden A/S operates the amusement park of the same name and was founded in 1904. Over the past 25 years, Tivoli Friheden has continuously added a number of rides, concepts, live music, restaurants, etc., and is today the most visited attraction in Aarhus, beautifully situated among the trees of Marselisskoven.
Gorrissen Federspiel’s core team consisted of Christoffer Fode, Kasper Berg and Kathrine Krogsholm.
