Gorrissen Federspiel have assisted Omnidocs, a Danish software company backed by Main Capital Partners, in connection with its acquisition of Xink, a Danish SaaS provider of email signature management software.
Serving more than 5,000 customers, Xink provides a centralized workflow communication and governance platform that standardizes and automates enterprise email identity, compliance, and campaign activation for enterprise clients.
The transaction marks the 6th add-on acquisition for Omnidocs since partnering with Main Capital Partners.
