Sale of VitaYummy.
Nordic Nutriment ApS (VitaYummy), the Danish premium gummy vitamin brand, has been sold to Vision Healthcare.
Since the launch of its first products in 2018, VitaYummy has since become a well-known brand with a wide selection of dietary supplement products.
Gorrissen Federspiel have assisted the sellers and founders in connection with the transaction led by a team comprising Mikael Philip Schmidt, Martin Dræbye Gantzhorn, Gundula Kjaer and Esben Gjetrang.
