Gorrissen Federspiel is pleased to have assisted Home.Earth with its acquisition of four mixed-use, newly built residential and commercial properties from Urban Partners.
The portfolio comprises approximately 21,488 sqm GLA across Tingbjerg in Copenhagen and includes 218 residential units alongside commercial space.
The properties are newly constructed and have a strong sustainability profile, including DGNB Gold certification, strong EPC ratings, EV charging infrastructure and excellent access to public transport.
The acquisition forms part of Home.Earth’s investment strategy, and we are pleased to have supported Home.Earth in bringing the transaction to completion.
