Gorrissen Federspiel advises german Sports Strategy Excellence 22

German Sports Strategy Excellence 22 (SSE22) becomes major shareholder in the Danish Superliga Club Aalborg Boldspilklub A/S (AaB).

SSE22 has extensive experience from the international football scene. The investment in AaB will contribute to the strategic and sporting development of AaB.

Gorrissen Federspiel has advised SSE22 with the investment, which will give SSE22 approximately 20 percent of the ownership through a forthcoming share issue. In addition, SSE22 receives warrants and provides subordinated loan capital.
