Gorrissen Federspiel has advised Everdan Group in connection with its launch as Denmark’s first evergreen investment company and serial acquirer focused on acquiring and further developing well-run small and medium-sized enterprises.
Founded by Tobias Meisner and Kasper Sandø Jensen, Everdan is structured as a dedicated evergreen company investing without an exit horizon.
The model is focused on long-term, responsible ownership and partnerships with owner-managers of Danish businesses. In connection with its launch, Everdan has completed its first investment in Simatek Bulk Systems A/S, a global niche company within bulk-handling equipment for industry.
Everdan has also signed an agreement for its second investment and has several additional opportunities under exclusivity.
