We are pleased to have advised Novo Holdings on their co-lead investment in Matr Foods’ €40 million fundraising round – the largest foodtech investment in Denmark this year – alongside EIFO and the European Investment Bank (EIB).
The financing will enable Matr Foods to expand across Europe and establish a new 4,000-ton production facility, scaling its innovative fungi-fermented, organic meat alternatives to meet increasing demand.
