Gorrissen Federspiel has assisted the Swedish real estate company Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB in connection with the company’s acquisition of eight supermarket properties in Denmark. The properties were acquired through various corporate transactions, the latest of which – subject to customary closing conditions – is expected to be completed in September.
The eight new properties that will be included in the Cibus portfolio are located throughout Denmark.
Gorrissen Federspiel has assisted Cibus throughout the process with a team lead by partner, Sven Frode Frølund, associate, Valdemar Torp-Pedersen, junior associate, August Hyldgaard, and junior associate, Oscar Mølgaard.
