Mads advises Danish and international clients on business law and corporate law matters. Mads also assists our clients in M&A transactions conducting due diligence investigations, preparing transaction documents and implementing transactions.

Mads has previously worked in our IP & Digital Business practice group, and his experience therefore also extends to advising on IT contracts, outsourcing, and data protection law.
