Kristian Gammelgaard Møller primarily advises clients on insolvency and private client issues.
Among other things, he advises clients which face the challenge of insolvent customers or suppliers or where a client faces claims from a bankruptcy estate. Where insolvency leads to bankruptcy or restructuring proceedings, Kristian can administer the bankruptcy estate or the restructuring proceedings.
In the private client area, Kristian advises owners of family-owned undertakings on ownership structure, succession planning, wills and prenuptial agreements, just as Kristian handles estates of deceased persons and provides advice to the beneficiaries. In addition, Kristian assists with division of property, and he has experience in setting up and advising funds.
In addition to law, Kristian has a special interest in financial matters and he has completed the Graduate Programme in Business Administration (Financing). Kristian takes a highly commercial approach to his legal work, always looking for the financially optimal solution for the client within the legal framework for the case.
Finally, Kristian is an experienced lecturer and presentation giver.
Kristian has assisted his colleague trustee John Sommer Schmidt in the administration of the bankruptcies of OW Bunker and Top-Toy. Kristian has advised several large Danish banks in relation to insolvent clients.
