Danielle Alaimo (nee Boland-Brown) is a Senior Legal Consultant in Gorrissen Federspiel's Capital Markets practice group. She advises Danish and international clients on company law, corporate governance, financial regulation and cross-border transactions, including M&A, ECM and private equity investments. Danielle has extensive experience from senior in-house roles, including seven years at Danske Bank, and has worked as a legal advisor in both London and Copenhagen. She is admitted to the New York Bar (2012) and brings a strong international perspective to her practice.
