Our leading general meetings team handles every aspect of preparing and chairing general meetings – primarily for listed companies, but also for investment funds, unlisted companies, associations, and NGOs. Since 2008, we’ve supported more than half of the Danish C25 companies with their corporate governance and general meeting needs. Our work includes:
