Christian Refslund assists Danish and international companies and private equity firms with advice on corporate and commercial law matters, including M&A transactions, commercial contracts, restructurings, investments in other companies, shareholders' agreements, foundation law and incentive programmes.

Christian has experience advising on transaction structures, due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents in connection with mergers and acquisitions and investments. In addition, Christian has significant experience in structuring and establishing both cash and share-based incentive programmes for members of management and employees.

Finally, Christian assists companies with general commercial and corporate law, including company formations, changes in capital structure, share class structures, management and shareholder relations as well as complex supplier, purchase and sales agreements, etc.
