Cecilie Vestergaard advises on various legal areas within maritime, transportation, insurance and tort law. Cecilie assists both national and international clients within the maritime industry with dispute resolution and commercial legal advice.
Cecilie has experience within employment law, including individual employment law, regulation on work- and residence permits and employment matters in connection with M&A transactions.
Cecilie has assisted trade organizations and NGOs within the maritime industry, is a lecturer at Danish Shipping Education and has most recently been involved with advice on and preparation of legal framework agreements for projects focusing on decarbonisation of the shipping industry.
