Our expertise

Gorrissen Federspiel provides advice on issues relating to tax, duties and VAT in connection with business transfers and the transfer of real property, investments, group restructurings, employee stock option programmes and financial products. The Tax group conducts tax cases as well as cases concerning VAT and duties before the National Tax Board, the Tax Appeals Agency, the National Tax Tribunal, the High Courts, the Supreme Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
