Gorrissen Federspiel’s business terms apply to any assignment, which we solve on behalf of the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

In certain instances, we cooperate with others regarding legal services in agreement with the client. At the client’s request, we will provide details of the measures taken in order to avoid any conflicts of interest in this respect.
