InstallatørGruppen A/S is now admitted to trading on Nasdaq Copenhagen, and we are proud to have assisted the joint global coordinators, ABG Sundal Collier and DNB Carnegie, together with the joint bookrunners, Nordea and SEB, on this transaction.
InstallatørGruppen has, in just a few years, built a leading company within technical installations, with a portfolio of local installation companies in Denmark and Switzerland operating within heating and plumbing, electrical, ventilation, cooling and adjacent disciplines.
The total value of shares sold in the offering was DKK 1.2bn, which were sold by InstallatørGruppen’s principal shareholder, FSN Capital, and approx. 300 minority shareholders comprising former owners and management teams from the portfolio companies, as well as board members, employees and key executives across the group.
