Stibo Complete Group A/S has agreed to merge its business with Eversfrank Group, a leading family-owned German provider of modern and effective print products.
Stibo Complete Group is a leading commercial printing company in Scandinavia, and its merger with the Eversfrank Gruppe marks a major step into the German market, strengthening its position in the field of print with the aim of becoming the leading graphic supermarket in Northern Europe within the next few years.
Following the merger, the Stibo Foundation will remain as the ultimate majority shareholder, and the Evers family will remain as a long-term investor in Stibo Complete Group A/S.
Completion of the merger is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approval.
Gorrissen Federspiel has assisted Stibo Complete Group in the transaction. The transaction team was led by partner Anders Peter Christoffersen, managing counsel Lasse Myrup, attorney Henrik Søgaard-Nielsen, and assistant attorney Kalinka Thostrup Mogensen.
