Gorrissen Federspiel has assisted the shareholders of Green Instruments A/S in connection with the sale of the company to Sorb Industri AB – a wholly-owned subsidiary of the listed industrial conglomerate Lifco AB.
Green Instruments A/S is a market-leading developer and manufacturer of monitoring and measuring equipment for use in measuring gas emissions as well as water and gas analysis for both maritime and land-based industrial application.
The sale is part of the owners’ successful transformation and transfer of operational responsibility to a strong management team.
