Counsel (Corporate M&A)
Kasper Berg assists Danish and international clients with all aspects of M&A transactions and investments. He has extensive experience in advising on transaction structure, due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, shareholders' agreements, etc. Moreover, Kasper assists founders and business angels with investments in startups and venture companies.
Kasper also provides assistance to a wide range of clients in relation to corporate law and general commercial law and commercial contracts.
He is a part-time lecturer of corporate law at Aarhus University.
