Gorrissen Federspiel has assisted the owners of DynamicWeb in connection with the sale of the group to SignUp Software, a global Microsoft Independent Software Vendor (ISV) owned by Insight Partners.
DynamicWeb is a leading international provider of Digital Experience Platform (DXP) software that enables companies to build, run and scale digital commerce and manage product data across channels, offering a product suite combining eCommerce, Product Information Management (PIM) software and Content Management integrated to Microsoft Dynamics.
Operating with a partner network of 175 partners, DynamicWeb serves more than 1,500 customers worldwide.
The partnership with Signup Software enhances DynamicWeb’s position as a provider of a Digital Experience Platform solutions, enabling the delivery of even more value to its customers and partners and making DynamicWeb a global software house in the Microsoft ecosystem.
