Gorrissen Federspiel assists Swedish pension funds and Midstar AB in the divestment of their hotel platform
Gorrissen Federspiel has together with Roschier and Wikborg & Rein assisted a consortium of Swedish pension funds and the leading pan-Nordic asset management company, Midstar AB, in this transaction represented by the outside consultant Ylva Hult Palmryd, with the divestment of their entire hotel platform consisting of 28 hotels (4,702 rooms) spread across Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
The platform includes a number of Danish landmark hotels such as Admiral Hotel, Marienlyst Strandhotel and Grand Joanne.
