Managing Counsel
Kasper Viuf Søndergaard is an integral member of our M&A Real Estate department, where he advises prominent players in the real estate investment market, including Danish and international private and institutional investors, as well as private equity funds.
With a focus on M&A real estate transactions and joint venture structures, Kasper has considerable experience across multiple segments, having advised on some of the largest deals in the Danish market in recent years across the hospitality, logistics, and residential sectors.
He demonstrates strong proficiency in contract drafting, transaction management, regularly cross‑border coordination, and negotiations with Danish and international investors, lenders, and developers, combining market insight with pragmatic execution to deliver efficient, risk‑aware outcomes for his clients.
