Kasper Viuf Søndergaard is an integral member of our M&A Real Estate department, where he is advising prominent players in the property investment market, including private and institutional Danish and international investors and private equity funds.

With a focus on M&A Real Estate, and commercial lease agreements, Kasper has played a key role in some of the largest transactions in the Danish real estate market in recent years, especially whitin the field of forward purchase.

Kasper provides counsel to prominent players in the property investment market, as well as private and institutional Danish and international investors, including real estate private equity funds.

In addition, Kasper possesses considerable experience in both asset and share transactions, demonstrating proficiency in contract drafting and negotiation, project management, and legal due diligence.
