Gorrissen Federspiel assists MT Højgaard Danmark A/S with the sale of an office development project in Nordhavn.
We assisted MT Højgaard in acquiring building plot 3.07 in Nordhavn from Udviklingsselskabet By & Havn, and then in entering into an agreement with Nrep for the sale of the plot and the construction of a modern 13,000 m² office building.
This plot of land is one of the last remaining in the ‘Trælastholmen’ area and is located right next to the Orientkaj metro station. The office building will be DGNB-certified and constructed using climate-friendly materials and energy-efficient solutions, with the aim of reducing the building’s carbon footprint.
We are pleased that we have had the opportunity once again to assist our long-term client, MT Højgaard, with this exciting development project.
