Gorrissen Federspiel has assisted our long-standing client, Bellakvarter P/S, in connection with the divestment of the Lindgrens Hus property located in the Bellakvarter area to Lærernes Pension.
Lindgrens Hus comprises 230 housing units, including shops and restaurants.
Bellakvarter was represented by Mette Kapsch, Henrik Gram and Peter Terp from Solstra, and advised by Andreas Brandt from Colliers and Gorrissen Federspiel.
