Gorrissen Federspiel has assisted long-standing client, Bellakvarter P/S, in connection with the divestment of the Marthahus I property located in the Bellakvarter area to Sampension, one of the largest Danish insurance- and pension groups.
Marthahus I comprises 154 housing units.
