Victoria Krebs advises Danish and international companies in matters relating to competition law. Victoria is particularly experienced in cases concerning abuse of a dominant position and agreements restricting competition.
Litigation is a particular focus area for Victoria. Victoria assists companies with complex and comprehensive competition law disputes in relation to, inter alia, judicial review of competition authorities' decisions and claims for damages for infringement of competition law.
Victoria is a part-time lecturer in Competition Law and Unfair Competition at the University of Copenhagen where she also teaches EU-law.
