Attorney
Thomas Skou provides advice to Danish and international clients on securities law, M&A and corporate law issues. In M&A transactions, he handles due diligence investigations, prepares transaction documents and implements transactions.
In addition, Thomas holds experience in competition law, including litigation and competition law assessments in connection with M&A transactions and merger notifications, as he was previously part of the EU & Competition practice group.
