Stine Hellqvist Frey advises Danish and international clients in all aspects of litigation and arbitration proceedings.
Stine has a strong public law profile and deep insight into regulatory compliance. From her positions in central government, she has attained in-depth knowledge of socio-political conditions and the workflows of public authorities. Stine leverages this experience in her advice to clients in contentious matters with public authorities or publicly owned entities.
As former senior adviser and deputy head of division at the Danish Ministry of Justice as well as senior adviser at the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries, Stine is adept at analyzing complex public and EU public regulatory requirements as well as communicating effectively and strategically on behalf of our clients to public or quasi-public entities.
Her various positions in central government have also taught her to navigate multidisciplinary and complex matters quickly identifying key elements and risks of complex cases and collaborating effectively across legal disciplines.
