Søren Høgh Thomsen advises on all aspects of intellectual property and marketing law within a number of sectors, including life sciences, tech and retail, and he is highly experienced and recommened for complex contracts, including drafting and negotiation.
Søren represents both Danish and non-Danish businesses in matters concerning intellectual property rights, regulatory matters and transactional IP (including license agreements, R&D agreement, manufacturing, supply and distribution agreements). He advises a number of large tech and life science clients on intellectual property rights matters, regulatory matters and transactional and contractual matters and carries a lot of expertise and knowledge within these areas.
As part of his practice, Søren is also involved in litigation and arbitration proceedings, including pre-litigation and litigation preparation.
