Lone Mai Truelsen

Lone Mai Truelsen advises Danish and international companies on most aspects of real property, especially within M&A real estate transactions, where she has gained significant experience. She provides legal advice within the fields of residential lease law, including completion of pre-emption processes, as well as rent determination, and within commercial lease law and construction.

Lone has completed an industrial PhD. Based on her thesis on the legal effects of registration of titles she was awarded a PhD in law in 2016 and as a result hereof she provides legal advice within mortgage law and registration issues.
