Christine Kjærgaard is an associate in our Corporate M&A and Capital Markets practice. She advises Danish and international clients on securities law, ECM and M&A transactions as well as general corporate law matters.
Christine has experience advising on legal due diligence in connection with M&A transactions and public M&A matters, including takeover bids and subsequent squeeze-out processes. She also advises on capital markets regulation, corporate governance, executive remuneration and incentive schemes.
Christine regularly assists listed companies and other corporate clients on corporate and securities law matters and has experience advising on complex corporate transactions and ongoing compliance matters.
