Managing Counsel
Camilla Louise Mørup specialises in M&A, corporate law, investments, joint ventures, general contract law and restructurings. Camilla assists both Danish and international companies and private equity funds on all aspects of M&A transactions, including transaction structure, due diligence, M&A insurance, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, shareholders' agreements, investment agreements, reinvestment, transition agreements and W&I claims/M&A disputes. She has significant experience with carve-out and merger integration processes.
In addition, Camilla advises on commercial contracts, general commercial law and corporate law, including mergers, demergers, restructurings and management matters. For a number of years, Camilla has been employed as a part-time lecturer at Aarhus University, teaching master law students in Danish company Law.
Camilla has significant experience and great interest in advising clients on the commercial and complex issues that often arise after the closing of a transaction, including transitional services agreements that ensure that target can operate its business on a stand-alone basis from day 1, advice on separation and integration of information/data as well as the long-term post merger integration of companies maximizing the value of the merger/acquisition.
