Bo Holse

Professional profile

Bo Holse primarily focuses on various transactions in the financial sector and on regulatory issues relating to banks. Since 1997, Bo has worked with M&A, company law and commercial contracts. As a result of his background from the Aarhus School of Business, he takes a distinctly commercial approach to his cases.

Since 2008, Bo has assisted in more than 30 transactions, including mergers, public issues, takeover bids and IPOs in the financial sector. In addition to financial companies, Bo also assists a number of industrial clients whom he was worked with for many years.Bo is head of our office in Aarhus and is on our executive board.
