Assistant Attorney
Anne Sofie assists Danish and foreign companies with all aspects of employment law, including drafting of employment agreements, dismissals and resignations, and she conducts litigation and advises on employment law aspects in connection with M&A transactions.
Anne Sofie also has experience with advising on and preparing litigation within marketing law and intellectual property law, including patent law, copyright, design law and trade mark law. Anne Sofie also advises on data protection compliance as well as trade secrets and other contractual matters.
