Amalie Ussing

Professional profile

Amalie Ussing advises Danish and international companies in matters relating to competition law, and renders assistance to our clients in cases regarding abuse of dominant position, agreements restricting competition, merger notification and state aid. Amalie also focuses on litigation of competition law disputes.

Previously, Amalie worked in our tax department, and especially has experience within M&A transactions, incentive programs and international tax.
