Gorrissen Federspiel has advised FA Invest (part of the Fayard group) in connection with the acquisition of a prestige property located on Frederiksgade 1 and Store Kongensgade 88, in Frederiksstaden, Copenhagen.
Comprising residential and retail space, the property occupies a distinctive location beside Marmorkirken.
Built under architect Ferdinand Meldahl between approximately 1875 and 1885, it forms part of the elegant development that curves around the church – originally commissioned by C. F. Tietgen to help finance the completion of Marmorkirken.
