We are pleased to have advised komvi (a joint venture between DFI, Grosvenor International Investments, and Evervest) on the acquisition of Engrækkerne in Kokkedal from Brønsholm ApS.
Engrækkerne comprises terraced housing with a total of 136 units and a lettable area of approximately 16,700 sqm.
This acquisition represents komvi’s third investment as it continues to expand its presence in the modern residential housing sector.
