Gorrissen Federspiel assists Cibus with the acquisition of five grocery store properties in Denmark.
Gorrissen Federspiel has assisted the Swedish real estate company Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB in connection with its acquisition of five grocery store properties in Denmark. The properties are acquired from the grocery chain Dagrofa ApS in a sale and lease back transaction.
Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB is the largest grocery retail property company in the Nordic region with a portfolio of more than 450 properties (of which 42 are located in Denmark).
The five new properties joining the Cibus portfolio are located throughout Denmark (Aarhus, Esbjerg, Grenå, Helsingør and Tønder) and have a total lettable area of approx. 6,400 square metres.
Gorrissen Federspiel has assisted Cibus all the way from due diligence to signing of the transaction.
