Despite a year characterised by geopolitical turmoil and unstable markets, Gorrissen Federspiel delivered a strong performance in 2025, sustaining solid growth.
Revenue increased to DKK 1.311 billion, corresponding to growth of 13.2% against the previous year. This exceeds the guidance of 8-10%.
“This is a very satisfactory performance, and I’m proud that we have achieved it amid market turmoil and unpredictability”, says Martin André Dittmer, Managing Partner at Gorrissen Federspiel.
It demonstrates that the strategic investments made by Gorrissen Federspiel in recent years have paid off. The law firm strengthened its position in the practice areas Energy, Real Estate, Life Sciences and Dispute Resolution. Gorrissen Federspiel has worked strategically to build specialised teams and invest in the people and skills needed to handle increasingly complex cases.
“Growth across practice areas reflects our ability to anticipate and meet market needs, attract and develop the right talent, collaborate across practice groups and prioritise a presence in areas where our clients have the greatest need for advice,” says Martin André Dittmer.
In 2025, Gorrissen Federspiel reached a headcount of 644 people, including hand-picked specialists in areas of strategic importance.
The firm established a geopolitical taskforce, bringing together specialists from various practice areas to advise on geopolitical risks.
This development demonstrates that Gorrissen Federspiel’s advice to clients has increased in breadth and professional weight, particularly in the highly relevant and business-critical area of geopolitics.
Given its strong performance in 2025, Gorrissen Federspiel is well positioned to address the challenges and opportunities expected to define the market in the coming years.
“We move into 2026 stronger than ever. We’ve proven that we can stand strong in uncertain times – and that we can help our clients do the same,” concludes Martin André Dittmer.
