Gorrissen Federspiel has assisted VGP – one of Europe’s largest developers of transport and logistics properties – with its largest project in Denmark to date.
VGP has acquired 340,000 m² of commercial land in the south-east of Odense with plans to develop over 100,000 m² of industrial buildings.
The area will eventually accommodate several logistics, industrial and production companies, with at least 30 per cent of the area earmarked for modern industrial and production companies.
