Gorrissen Federspiel has assisted VGP – one of Europe’s largest developers of transport and logistics properties – in acquiring land in Køge.
VGP has purchased three plots of land situated to the south of Egedesvej, with a combined area of almost 12.2 hectares.
Although the focus was previously on transportation and logistics, this sale paves the way for companies with a different profile, such as manufacturing companies that require a combination of offices, showrooms and warehouses.
The area also offers opportunities for larger manufacturing companies.
