Gorrissen Federspiel has assisted the Swedish investor, Slättö, with their first project in Denmark.
We have assisted Slättö with the transaction of the property from a partnership consisting of Danish pension funds, the development of the property, as well as negotiating the hotel operation Bob W.
The project consists of the property located at Halmtorvet 20-22, a former police station in Copenhagen, which shall now be transformed into a hotel that will be operated by Bob W.
This project has been in process since beginning of the year, and closing has now been completed as the culmination of many hours in the Gorrissen Federspiel team, led by Steen Puch Holm-Larsen, Sofie Michalsik, Valdemar Torp-Pedersen, August Hyldgaard, Christoffer Hornslet, Thomas Maaberg Hansen, Christian Tinggaard and Louise Sandra Clausen.
