Gorrissen Federspiel assists NREP on logistics project.
NREP has signed a purchase agreement for the acquisition of a commercial property in Høje Taastrup from Swedish company Castellum.
The property has been acquired with the intention of developing a new logistics center of approximately 37,000 m². The logistics center will serve as a last-mile hub in the Greater Copenhagen area, where the property holds a key location. The acquisition supports NREP’s ambition to strengthen its presence in the Danish logistics market.
Gorrissen Federspiel has advised NREP on the acquisition of the property, as well as on the planning and development of the new project to be established on the site. The project includes several green initiatives, such as the reuse of construction materials and the use of sustainable energy sources.
The transaction was handled by Steen Puch Holm-Larsen, Sofie Michalsik, and Valdemar Torp-Pedersen, along with other specialists from the firm – in particular Christoffer Hornslet, who assisted with the project planning.
Congratulations to NREP, led by Mohamad Awad and Christian Harder, and to Castellum.
