Gorrissen Federspiel’s real estate team has assisted Koncenton in connection with the acquisition of a residential property project with 295 owner-occupied flats in Risskov Brynet in Aarhus.
In addition to being the largest real estate investment in Jutland in 2024, this also marks the end of the development and urban transformation of Risskov Brynet, with a total of approximately 1,500 homes and 5,000 inhabitants.
