Gorrissen Federspiel has assisted KKR and Fokus Nordic in connection with the sale of a Danish real estate portfolio to Pears Global Real Estate Denmark.
The portfolio comprises 213 residential units totalling approximately 18,500 m² across attractive submarkets in Central and Greater Copenhagen.
KKR acquired the portfolio in 2021 together with asset manager and minority owner Fokus Nordic – a transaction with which the team at Gorrissen Federspiel also assisted. The transaction reflects the continued resilience and attractiveness of the Danish residential market.
