Gorrissen Federspiel has assisted Heimstaden Bostad in the sale of the residential property Akeleje Hus, comprising approximately 7,500 sqm in Valby, to Greater Copenhagen Residential ApS.
The property consists of 189 student apartments and a single commercial unit.
The property was completed in 2019, at which point Heimstaden acquired it and subsequently undertook several years of development and operation of the property.
