We are very pleased to have advised Hansen Protection on the divestment of its Danish subsidiary Lyngsøe Rainwear to Hultafors Group (owned by Investment AB Latour).
Lyngsøe Rainwear, which specialises in high-quality rainwear for professional users, was founded in 1999 by Bo Lyngsøe in Herning, Denmark. Since 2018, Lyngsøe Rainwear has been part of Hansen Protection AS, which was acquired in 2021 by Survitec Group, a global provider of survival technology solutions for the maritime and defence industries, among others.
